Wyman Heights is a 1960s neighborhood off Partridge Road and Woodland Road, north of Wyman Road. The "Definitive Plan, Wyman Heights, Subdivision Plan of Land, Billerica, Mass., belonging to Montrose Realty Trust," dated March 30, 1964, was drawn by E. Conrad Levy, surveyors and engineers, of Lexington, and recorded in five sheets on July 31, 1964 (Plan Book 100, Plan 87); Levy also drew the 1964 replat of Rio Vista. Sheet 1 laid out Lisa Road between Partridge Road and Woodland Road and Meade Road running north from Woodland Road, carried Partridge Road and Woodland Road through the tract, in lots of about 30,000 square feet; land of Farmer, recorded under the Land Court, lay to the south. Jef Road and Wildbrook Road to the south are on J. Everett Farmer's Shawsheen Acres plan, recorded the same day. The houses on Lisa Road, Meade Road and the neighboring Weathervane Road date from 1965 on.
